Promote gender equality among undergraduate students and encourage accessibility to study fields.
Encourage gender equality in leadership by encouraging and striving for initiatives that provide female role models.
Maintain an open forum for discussion of discrimination on gender and racial stereotypes, appropriate and inappropriate and disrespectful behaviours in the workplace.
