Workshop Aims
Raise awareness of the benefits that gender diversity, equality and inclusion bring for scientific advancement and research culture. This workshop will address the challenges, the statistics and the strategies aimed at improving the retention of women in science and academia, particularly in the Swiss (Geo)science community.

Who is the Workshop for?
Geoscientists of all genders, backgrounds and levels are welcome & encouraged to attend. Only with inclusion and understanding from everyone can we guide our community to true diversity & better science.
